A water-soluble antifoam agent based on a 30% active silicone emulsion, used to control foaming in sewage and wastewater systems and in pressurised systems, including vacuum toilet systems and water-based product/collecting tanks. Higher efficiency and a wider effective temperature and pH range than conventional polydimethyl siloxane antifoam agents. Phosphate-free, 100% biodegradable, non-fuming, and safe on skin.
For sewage systems, mix 1 part Antifoam S-30 with 5 parts fresh water and pump into the EVAC ejector tank, dosed half an hour before top load. Always dilute before adding to hot systems; if a dilution sits unused for over 24 hours, mix thoroughly before use. Can be applied undiluted in cold water since it still disperses properly.
Typically 50 ppm is sufficient in most cases.
