A pickling liquid specially formulated for austenitic stainless steel treatment, removing heat discoloration, scale and embedded iron to restore corrosion resistance after fabrication or welding.
Circulation method (mainly for pipelines): fill with an undiluted solution mixed with water and circulate through a dedicated acid pump for 2–4 hours depending on contamination and steel type — don't pickle longer than needed. Drain and flush thoroughly with demineralised water. If passivation is required, follow immediately with Vecinox Passivating Liquid (about 2 hours), then drain, flush, dry, and test passivity with Test Kit Oxilyser 3. Immersion method: used for treating internal and external surfaces at once, with items immersed in a plastic or plastic-lined bath.
Used undiluted, circulated 2–4 hours depending on contamination level and steel type.
